2. Provision of the website and technical data
When you access the website, technical connection data – in particular your IP address, details about your browser and operating system, and the time and requested address – are transmitted to the services used to deliver the website. This serves the provision and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary for these purposes.
The website includes technical error handling. In the Lovable preview, error messages, technical error information and the affected page address may be reported to the preview platform if its error reporting is active. The data is used to detect and fix functional errors.
3. Email, telephone and prepared contact enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a booking, this is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other concerns, on our legitimate interest in handling them pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The enquiry preparation on this website merely creates an editable email draft in your email program. The website does not send any message and does not store your entries in its own enquiry database. Your excursion selection and travel date may be included in the page address for transfer to the contact page. This address may appear in your browser history or in technical access data. Please enter confidential details only in your email program.
4. Smoobu: availability calendar and direct booking
The availability calendar and booking form are provided by Smoobu. The embedded content only loads when you activate "Load calendar & booking". In doing so, your IP address and technical connection data, among other things, are transmitted to Smoobu. The legal basis for activating the external content is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Details you subsequently enter in the booking form are processed in the Smoobu booking process. Insofar as this is necessary for initiating or performing your contract for the stay at the holiday home, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. The link to the external booking page is available independently of the embed. When you open it, you visit Smoobu directly.
5. Consent in the browser (session storage)
The website remembers your activation of the Smoobu content in this browser's session storage under "smoobu-consent". This entry serves solely to honour your choice within the browser session; it contains no booking data. If your browser prevents storage, the activation applies only to the currently open view.
Via "Reset consents" at the bottom of this page you can delete the entry and reload the page. External embeds will then require your activation again. The revocation takes effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing already carried out remains unaffected. Data already transmitted and cookies stored by third parties are not deleted by this. You can additionally manage browser data via your browser settings.
6. Google Maps and external links
On the arrival page, the Google Maps map is only embedded after your activation via "Load map". In doing so, in particular your IP address and technical connection data may be transmitted to Google. The activation is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The map permission is not stored permanently; after leaving and reopening the page, a new activation is required.

7. Fonts
The Cormorant Garamond and Instrument Sans fonts are delivered together with this website. This website does not connect to Google Fonts for the fonts.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to information about your personal data, its origin, recipients and the purposes of processing, as well as to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR under the statutory conditions.

Optional Google statistics – technical preparation, review draft
Google statistics are currently disabled. Future activation requires a confirmed GA4 measurement ID and your separate voluntary permission; Google Analytics is not loaded in the preview. Statistics settings in the footer let you allow, reject or withdraw statistics. Your choice is stored in session storage under ‘lodge-statistics-consent’, independently of Smoobu permission. No Google statistics tag or cookieless statistics pings are sent before permission.
Prepared measurements include page visits, traffic source, device, language, scroll depth and clicks on availability, the external Smoobu booking page, phone and email, as well as opening an enquiry draft. A click is not a sent enquiry or completed booking. Form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, travel dates, query parameters and URL fragments are not sent as statistics data. Paths are restricted to public content pages; external referrers are reduced to their origin. Advertising features, Google Signals, remarketing, User-ID and session recordings are not planned.
Before activation, the actual Google configuration, automatic measurements, recipients, cookies, retention, contractual and international-transfer arrangements and complete privacy information must be reviewed and approved by the host. This technical description is not legal approval. Withdrawal stops future loading and removes the site's standard GA cookies where accessible in the browser; it does not delete previously transmitted data.
9. Communication security
When using the website via HTTPS, transmission is encrypted. Communication over the internet, particularly by email, may nevertheless have security gaps; complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
